Veggie Chick Pea Curry (Serv 1) (Vegan, GF)
OVEN: Direct from freezer. Place in a 350 degree oven with the lid on for 30-45 minutes or until warmed through.
To microwave: Pop out into microwave safe dish and heat in intervals of 2 minutes until warmed through.
