SOUP Curried Chickpea and Veggie (Serv 2) (Vegan)
Microwave: Directly from freezer or defrosted in fridge overnight, cover loosly with lid. Heat in 2 minute intervals until warmed through. Stir occasionally.
Stovetop: Defrost in refridgerator overnight, warm through in saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
