Vegetarian enchilada casserole with mushrooms, kale, bell peppers, onions, black beans, rice, cheddar cheese, salsa, jalapenos and corn tortillas. Has a mild heat.

  • Direct from freezer: Remove lid and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until warmed through.
