Chicken Fried Rice (Serv2)
Oven: Leave covered, bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until warmed through
Microwave: Remove from tin, heat in a covered microwave safe dish for 3 minutes.
*defrost overnight and re-fry in a hot pan with oil
