Quinoa with blueberries, flax seeds, peanut butter, vanilla soymilk, maple syrup, toasted coconut and cinnamon.  Serves one. Vegan, gluten free.

Blueberry Quinoa Breakfast Bowl (Serv 1) (Vegan, GF)

  • Microwave: Direct from freezer remove from packaging and put in a microwave safe bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and cover with microwave safe plate. Heat in 2 minute intervals, stiring in between, until warmed through. Sprinkle with pecans before serving. 

    Stovetop: Direct from freezer remove from packaging and place in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and heat on low until warmed through and bubbling. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
