We have decided to close our doors until the dust settles, BUT, we are working on ways to keep you fed (and us in business). Taking a few days to re-calibrate, but will be offering curbside pick-up and local delivery of pre-ordered single/family meals... from our freezer to yours!

Heating Instructions

Burritos


Microwave: From freezer, remove tin foil (leave parchment wrapper). Heat 2 minute at a time, turning over after each interval, until warmed through. Oven: From freezer, place in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until warmed through. Pro-tip: Once heated, brown in a pan over medium heat before serving!




Pies, with crust (pot pie, shepard's pie, etc.)





Casseroles (lasagne, mac & cheese, burrito pie, etc.)





Soups/Stews


Microwave: Directly from freezer or defrosted in fridge overnight, cover loosly with lid. Heat in 2 minute intervals until warmed through. Stir occasionally. Stovetop: Defrost in refridgerator overnight, warm through in saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally.




Meatloaf


OVEN: Direct from freezer: Leave in wrapper. Heat in a 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes, or until warmed through. MICROWAVE: Direct from Freezer: Remove from Packaging. Heat for 5 minutes. Continue to heat in intervals of 2 minutes until warmed through. *Heating times may vary




Chicken Cutlets


MICROWAVE: Direct from Freezer: Remove from tinfoil. Heat in two minute intervals until warmed through. OVEN: Direct from Freezer: Place on baking sheet, heat in a 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until warmed though *Heating times may vary




Lasagnes


Direct from freezer: Remove lid and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until warmed through. *heating times may vary based on your oven.




Frozen Desserts (Pies, cheesecakes, cookies, etc.)


Allow to defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes and enjoy!!




Scoop and Bake Cookies


Store in fridge for up to two weeks. Freeze up to 3 months. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tablespoon sized scoops 2 inches apart on a parchment lined or greased cookie sheet (do not use tin foil) * Bake for 7-9 minutes**, spin tray halfway through, cookies should be golden brown when finished. *if you want your cookies to spread, and be a little crispier, allow to come to room temp. and gently press down before baking **baking time dependent on oven
